Training & Competency

If your organisation is taking too long to manage the training records of your staff then ask yourselves the following questions:

  • Do you know the competency of every member of staff for every task you may require them to do?
  • In each team you send out, do you know how many have a current First Aid certificate?
  • How are you recording that you have checked the credentials of those people and organisations who provide your training?
  • Are your training records being backed-up off site, and if not, how does that affect your chances of winning new tenders?
  • Do you know how much are you expecting to pay for training in the next 12 months?
  • Can you demonstrate to Auditors that you have procedures in place to answer these questions?

Our experience of business processes in general, and the procedures for compliance with ISO 9001:2000 mean we are uniquely positioned to provide simple solutions to these and other problems.
