Allotments System

Specifically written for Local Authorities having to manage a large number of allotment sites and plots, the Allotments System is a client-server application offering a full range of features:

  • Site Management, looking after water, greenhouses, sheds, other facilities, site secretaries, and the site map.
  • Interfaces with its own Palm top application for easy site inspection
  • Management of Tenants, from an interest in a site via contract assignment to invoicing and payment.
  • Online simulation of invoice amount for prospective tenants
  • Invoice the Tenant directly, or interface with the central invoicing system used by your authority.
  • Follow-up non payment and non cultivation with reminder letters
  • Issue Notices to Quit either for non-payment or non-cultivation
  • Use the Wait List function to keep track of tenants interested in occupied plots
  • Automatically maintain a full history of Tenancy at each plot
  • Manage all activities via the daily manager suite.
  • Customise letters to tenants. All documents, from Offer letter to Notice to Quit, can be customised locally to include current names and phone numbers, your Council's logo, specific terms and conditions.
  • Produce summarised management reports:
  • Use the standard OBDC driver support to interface to GIS mapping packages.
  • Direct emailing of documents and reports to tenants
  • Has a complete Tenant history covering all tenant transactions.
