Clear Advantage is producing elegant middleware products, providing an invisible and real-time path for the vital customer information from the Web Site front-end through to your database applications. face2face networking wanted a database driven web site, and a management tool that allowed the management team access to the business information behind the site. Having a remote database server meant that both the web site and the management tool can be accessed by whoever needs it whenever they need it.
Handling Techniques have a local stock system, and wanted the ever changing stock to appear on their web site. Since the stock might change weekly, not every few minutes, we created a local application that would rebuilt the required web pages based on the current stock, and then FTP the pages to the web site. The client does all of this with one click of a button.
The Everyman Theatre has a large ticket booking system. They also have a way of collecting marketing information from interested web site visitors. They had no way of knowing the impact of their marketing on sales. We built a web services application that fed data from the ticket system to the marketing database on a nightly basis.
